The way this author presents and market snowboard boots to females is absurdly sexist. “…Complements the features of a woman’s leg, adding to her natural beauty.” What does this have to do with the performance of the boot? Why do you feel the need to comment on a female’s physical appearance in every review and not mention it once in the Men’s section.
We have no intention to undermine the ability of any women…. It’s only just we do believe women are more beautiful creation of God than men and that statement is just a mere reflection… But we are really sorry if you are offended and plan to be more careful on making any remarks in future… stay with snowdayride … cheers!!
…not to mention the selection of boots, when compared to what is available for men (or women with the right size foot), is so inadequate. Granted, this is not the reviewer’s blunder, but a problem with the industry. Except for the ThirtyTwo Jones MTB (which are super heavy), I haven’t come across a small boot that would actually work well for touring (i.e. have enough stiffness, offers touring mode, cramp-on compatible, good traction for technical terrain). Anyone found anything?
Welcome to 2019! The outdoor
Community is full of women who are totally crushing it, despite centuries of being valued primarily for how we look. It’s really frustrating to read things like this. Please try to rethink how you view women in the outdoors.
